The DeSoto community is grieving the devastating loss of Madalyn “Maddy” Jane Robinson, a vibrant and creative 16-year-old who tragically passed away in a car accident on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Maddy’s joyful spirit, artistic talents, and love for life have left an enduring impact on everyone who knew her.

Obituary for Madalyn Robinson

Maddy was born on July 8, 2008, in Saint Louis, Missouri, to her loving parents, Eric Robinson and Samantha Blair (Huff). She was a Junior at Herculaneum High School, where she was known for her fun-loving personality, competitive spirit, and knack for creativity.

Whether she was dancing with her sister Lydia on TikTok, singing, or creating art, Maddy embraced life with enthusiasm and brought joy to everyone around her. Her family remembers her as a unique and spirited individual who cherished moments with loved ones and brightened every room she entered.

She is survived by her father, Eric Robinson (Katie Lanfersieck) of Festus, MO; her mother, Samantha Blair (Kyle Tolbert) of DeSoto, MO; her sister, Lydia Robinson of DeSoto, MO; her grandparents, Norman and Jane Robinson of Pevely, MO, Carol Fowler of St. Louis, MO, and Fred and Sherri Huff of Imperial, MO; her great-grandmother, Polly Fowler of St. Louis, MO; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
